How does the free trial work?
New users automatically receive 10 free full-screen alerts for testing out the platform. No credit card is required. After the 10 alerts are consumed, you will still receive push notifications but the content will be masked until you subscribe.
How do monthly alerts quotas work?
Depending on your subscription tier (Standard: 150, Pro: 400, Ultra: 1000), you receive a set number of alerts every month. Each alert pushed to your device deducts 1 from your quota. If you run out, you can buy Boost Packs. Unused monthly quotas do not roll over to the next month.
Can I filter tweets to reduce noise?
Yes! PostAlert gives you granular control. You can choose whether to receive Retweets, Replies, or Quotes. You can also specify keywords so you're only alerted when a tweet contains topics you care about.
What platforms are supported?
Currently, we have our robust Android application available. An iOS version is under development and will be released very soon.
