1. Introduction
PostAlert AI Team ("we", "us", or "our") operates the PostAlert mobile, desktop, and developer intelligence applications. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.
2. Information Collection and Use
While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information:
- Email address: Collected via Google, X, or Apple login to manage your account identity and subscriptions.
- X (Twitter) Profile Information: Such as username and avatar, to customize your alerts and display.
- Device Identifiers: We collect FCM tokens to deliver notifications to your device. iOS notifications follow your system notification, silent mode, and Focus settings.
- Monitoring and Usage Data: Accounts you select, keywords, filter rules, and service usage allowances are used to save preferences and provide monitoring.
- Purchases and Referrals: Subscription transaction identifiers, purchase history, membership entitlements, and referral reward balances are used to verify purchases and manage benefits. Apple handles card details for App Store purchases; we do not receive those details.
- Withdrawal Information: If you request a referral reward withdrawal, we receive the amount and receiving wallet address you submit to process that request.
- Developer Configuration: Webhook endpoints and HMAC credentials for autonomous bots.
3. Data Usage
PostAlert uses the collected data to:
- Provide and maintain the Service.
- Notify you about critical breaking tweets from monitored accounts.
- Process subscriptions and sync VIP entitlements across platforms.
- Monitor network performance and address technical anomalies.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following compliant third-party infrastructure:
- Firebase (FCM): For instant push notifications.
- Firebase AI Logic / Google Vertex AI: When you request AI analysis, the client sends the text and author handles of selected accessible posts to Google to generate the analysis. Do not include sensitive personal information in analysis inputs. AI output may be inaccurate.
- Stripe & Official App Stores: For secure payment processing.
- OAuth 2.0 Providers: Google, Apple, and X for secure single sign-on.
5. Your Choices and Account Deletion
You can change or delete monitoring rules, disable notifications, and clear local history in the app. You can request account deletion in Settings. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription; manage subscriptions separately in your App Store account settings. Contact the support address below to request access, correction, or deletion of your information.
