User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Post Alert service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

3. Service Description

Post Alert provides real-time monitoring and alerting services for X (Twitter) accounts. We use third-party APIs (such as X API) and do not guarantee their permanent availability.

4. Subscriptions and Credits

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. Our system uses credits to track alert usage. Paid subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

Post Alert AI Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
